In addition to being a certified Life Coach Marci is also a Group Fitness Instructor.. In this workout we go for a 4 mile walk. Along the route she takes care of you physically and mentally with full body circuits that include lunges, jump squats and core work. Marci will also teach you skills of how to manage your brain through stress and uncertainty.
This is perfect for an indoor treadmill workout with the feel of being outside where you can see beautiful snow capped mountains, pond and ducks. When it comes time for the circuits, simply hop off the treadmill and follow along or incline the deck and keep walking. You do what is best for you! (if you choose to go outside an audio only version is also available).
